How do I return an item?
For holiday shoppers, we will accept returns purchased between November 1st and December 31st, 2015 until February 1st 2016.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
Customers should retain a copy of their original receipt for their records.
Merchandise may be returned for a full product refund if shipped to us no later than 15 days (non-holiday orders) after the original delivery date of the merchandise.
All merchandise and product packaging must be unworn and undamaged and merchandise must be returned in the original product packaging (i.e. shoe box) so that a full product refund may be processed.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition, and shipped to us no later than 15 days (non-holiday orders) are:

Customer is responsible for all applicable shipping costs. No shipping costs are to be refunded, unless a shipping or product error has occurred on the part of the seller.
